Hi. Please contact the Hamburg showroom where you purchased to request an appointment with the service manager to inspect your set! Thanks, Katie
I contacted City Mattress - they sent a rep to my home who "inspected" my bed and determined the slats supporting the mattress were insufficient. I have an antique panel bed, but the wooden support slats are new to the bed. I have had two other mattresses (one before the defective Sleep Logic and one I'm using currently) and have NOT experienced any sagging of the mattresses. Blaming the slats was just a cheesey way out for the store. I purchased a Beauty Rest from Sears & am very pleased with it - but not at all happy about the $900+ I wasted or the shabby treatment from City Mattress!
