This king size firm mattress lasted a year, maybe. We now have almost 2 inch indentations on both sides of the mattress. My wife weighs 120 and I weigh 195, so explain why this happened. So after five months of dealing with their idiots at customer service I am told yes your bed is defective; however, since there is a small coffee stain on the bed your warranty is void. They know the bed is defective and yet find a way out, ridiculous. I hate this company and these beds.

i have the exact same problem. hate our mattress. boscov's sent out their mattress man to check it out and told us it was normal wear and tear. hello, the mattress was 4 months old. big indentations on othe of our sides. i also weigh only 125 lbs and my husband 165 lbs. terrible mattress. never, ever, buy one.
Ditto that, ours lasted 2 years, just starting to look for new one. WILL NOT BE A SERTA OR ANY THING ELSE MADE BY THAT COMPANY - B==
ihate my serta i sleep in a hold, i called and they said they would send someone out to check the mattrest if I pay $ 50.00 and $200.00 to ship it back , if the peson that comes out says its can be fixed , i have a 10 year warrenty on this darn bed cost me just about $900.00 this it a rip off .
I have had the exact same problem. Had mattress with 20 year warranty…10 year prorated and paid $2000.00 for this bed. Was within the 10 year full replacement and still they would not honor their warranty. We were sleeping in a hole too and hurt so much from back pain that we went and just got another mattress thinking Serta was going to stand behind their warranty. Yes we bought another Serta thinking it was only the foam bed that was the problem. We bought a innerspring within a spring firm and already the bed is showing signs of indentions. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!! WE have only had this bed 3 weeks at the most. No more Serta for me!!!
