They love to sell this product by saying it has a 120 day guarantee! Dont buy into that! I purchased one on 12/27/2012. Slept in it for a week and was in tears every morning when I woke because my back hurt so bad. Contacted Conn's to let them know I hated it and could not walk, and wanted to return it! They told me that I had to wait 31 days and could only exchange it for another mattress. Thing is they do not have another mattress that I can sleep in there. So I am really screwed. Have a very expensive mattress that I cannot even sleep in!! Contacted Serta and they responded to get with Conn's - WOW!

Your sales rep should have told you what their warranty requires! If you ever see the word LIMITED which serta specifies specifically ASK QUESTION!!! They do make you wait 30 days because your body cant possibly adjust to an entirely different type of mattress in one night, it takes a min of 2 weeks to get a true idea of the comfort. I never suggest a foam mattress, where is your support? If your looking to get a new mattress look into a brand such as sealyposturepedic or sears-o-pedic or stearns ans foster! Stearns has had some rough reviews in the past but they have an entirely updated design with a coil in a coil system giving you double the support and they are made with titanium! I hope this information helps!
This is happening to me right now..It is Janurary 2012 and I purchased a mattress from a store in Durango, Colorado.. Can't sleep and in pain and I there is nothing in there store in my price range that will be suitable enought. I am also screwed. Sorry I purchase this bed
