Customer Service Sucks

Good mattress but in today's day and age, if you spend 2k, you should have wonderful customer service from a central location, not a local sales rep.

Pros:

User also said: I love our bed but it came with a water stain that allegedly was from a leak in the factory.

    Cons:

    User also said: I can't believe there corporate makes you go through your retailer. He is very apologetic but not authorized to credit.

Unfortunately, I do not know the background of your situations, but we typically have customers make initial contact with the retailer for exchanges and returns because each retailer policy differs from the next.
