Stellar Customer Service

I am speechless, and I have been won over, and I have not even received my mattress yet! After a few minor glitches in the ordering (due to the explosion of new business this company is experiencing - and with good reason and completely understandable) Saatva Mattress has stepped up to the plate more than I have ever experienced with any other company, large or small. And I am a business owner, as well. The perceived glitches from the customer's viewpoint have already been recognized and rectified by this company. I anxiously, but patiently await my mattress and am already convinced my new mattress will greatly exceed my expectations, as the customer service has.
