Fantastic Value

Two weeks ago I purchased a Mattress from Saatva. After much research, and reading some excellent reviews, I made the decision to buy it after understanding they had an exceptional return policy - meaning you can try it out for 30 days and return, with no restocking charge. The only issue that arose is that the delivery company missed the initial date, but that wasn't Saatva's fault. In fact, it was what happened afterwards that compelled me to write this glowing review. There was an executive named Ed Brians who went way beyond what I have ever experienced to make good on the missed date. He called several times telling me what he was doing, and apologized on behalf of the delivery company. Even though he did not need to do this, he offered to waive the delivery fee and gave me an additional discount to boot. I was incredibly impressed with both Ed, and Saatva, for taking responsibility for the error of a 3rd party. Ed was very gracious, and professional. He went way out of his way to make sure we were happy. I must admit I have never encountered a company who exhibited such phenomenal Customer Service. Good for you Saatva! Other companies should take a lesson from you on how to treat your customers. Oh - and the mattress is outstanding too. If someone is considering buying from Saatva - not to worry - they are trustworthy. They have earned my respect.
