I easily ordered a mattress, foundation and frame on the Saatva website. I received a phone call within two hours confirming my order, and another phone call within the next hour from the trucker informing me of the delivery date. I have talked with such nice people - it has been a very pleasant experience so far. I received my mattress and foundation within 5 days! I could have had it 2 days earlier but day wasn't good for me. It is beautiful! Extremely comfortable. More than I hoped for! The delivery men were two hours early! I received a 4 hour time window for delivery. I will definitely spread the word about SAATVA!
