Excellent bed. Wish I had purchased years earlier.

The salesman, Joel Bigelow, was outstanding and very professional. No high pressure selling involved. Lots of other companies to choose from a the local Home Show, but REM and this product surpassed everyone. We looked at others and are pleased every night at bedtime that we selected REM. We have recommended this bed to many friends. We had one small glitch a few months after purchase on the lifting motor. REM sent a technician immediately to our home and repaired it. Outstanding service after the sale, which is important when make this kind of investment in a bed.
