I bought this King latex mattress in February 2012 (it's now 2 years old) and after a few months noticed the hammock type crater body impressions forming on either side of the PureLatex Bliss mattress. By a year's time they were so bad I started sleeping in the center of the mattress, on the "hump" if you will, which is the only place I can sleep at present. I would expect a mattress that costs $3,000. to last longer than 24 months, maybe closer to 4-5 years??? I now have to go buy a new (hopefully innerspring) mattress. What a waste of money!!! I wish I had been warned. (FYI- All the good reviews are when they are new, not after use). -- -Sleepless in Austin

Julie, I am sorry you are having a problem with your mattress. Your mattress should not have a sag greater than 3/4" over it's lifetime. If it does, there may have been a manufacturing defect in the latex when it was produced. We apologize that your mattress is not measuring up to our promise. Your mattress is covered under a full replacement warranty. Please contact your retailer and tell him or her you need a warranty inspection done on your mattress. He or she will come out a do an inspection, take a couple measurements and pictures and file a warranty claim with us. We will send your retailer a replacement mattress and he or she can call you to remove your defective mattress and replace it with a new one.
