miserable in Roswell GA

Sold under the impression it was ok for me; I have had back surgery & only wiegh 113..if she had said this is a FIRM mattress-I would have declined. I spent all my money-hoping this would be my last mattress (69 yrs old) Dealer has been very cold, and never did anything except offer a $50 discount on topper. Right now I just want to talk to the C.E.O of PLB and ask that it be removed-free and all my money back!!! Pure Latex is way-over-rated. I have backaches every morning. Foundation very cheap, they tore a hold in a corner and said they would replace it (when I ordered a topper!) well, now they want to charge me to make that exchange. Ludecrous service!!!

Dawn, I am sorry you are having problems. If you will call our customer care staff (404-260-7421 extension 1) and let them know your name and contact information and then who you bought your mattress from, we will certainly call your retailer and see what they can do for you and find out more about the mattress. If there is anything wrong with your mattress from a manufacturing standpoint, it will be covered under your warranty. I am happy to talk to you once I can find out more about your situation from your sales person and the store owner. I know you are upset with the service you have had from your retailer and although you have rated that as a con to our brand, we will try our best to see what we can do to help you.
