Overlooked in Oklahoma

I have had this bed for going on 2 years now. Initially the bed was great. I could sleep 6 hours and feel as though I slept 8. But 1 year 6 months into the Latex Bliss King Nature, I now have waves across the bed. I have checked and completed everything the manufacturer suggested, yet the bed has shown no improvement. I let them know this and have yet (4 months later) to have this bed replaced and problem rectified. I have been ignored to the point, that everytime I look at this bed my blood starts to boil. 3200.00 US I spent on this bed. And feel as though I have been ripped off. I find it pathetic I spend this kind of money only to be ignored and sleeping on my leather couch as I can at least sleep 4 hours without waking up with some kind of joint/back pain.
