In Pain and Physical Therapy!

My husband and I purchased this bed just as we were moving into our new custom built home, specifically constructed to minimize my allergy sensitivities. We liked the natural materials and chemical free sleeping idea. But, a little over a year later, we've finally realized the mattress is to blame for our both being in weekly physical therapy to address back, neck, and shoulder pain! We wake up every morning feeling elderly.... Trying to just "get moving" so that we get some relief. For reference, we are mid-30s and both otherwise in great health, and both slender. I wake up many times a night with tingling arms from the lack of support in the bed. I have knots in my shoulder and neck that make it hard to turn my head the opposite direction of the side I sleep on. My husband has muscle spasms in his back and shoulder pain. I'm a side sleeper, he's a back sleeper. The bed has obvious "dips" where we sleep despite us both beings underweight! We've even gone further and invested in the 2" topper, hoping that it would help. But, alas, no improvement. We are starting to accept that our very expensive purchase is going to have to be lost as the cost of physical therapy and pain is outweighing the investment at this point. I am very disappointed in the product. While it absolutely delivered on my no off gass and allergy friendliness, it has failed on allowing us to sleep well and to wake up feeling healthy.
