Tried this bed in a showroom and knew right away this was the bed for me. It has a kind of bouncy lifting quality, without being overly firm. I bought the bed and never looked back. This medium firm mattress has wonderful pressure relief, unlike my former conventional innerspring mattress. I purchased a 2 inch latex bed topper that was available as an added layer of cushioning if desired. I've had my pamper mattress for over 9 years & it's holding up very well. When I travel and sleep in a hotel, I find the beds too soft, and I end up looking forward to being at home in my own bed. (I had a herniated disc injury that my pamper mattress helped me recover from). I found the best type of mattress for my specific needs - an all latex mattress, rather than the many latex beds that are on the market, that are really hybrids - foam and latex.
