I first bought the Pamper for firmness and not long after sleeping on it it felt like it bottomed out and was so hard so the store done a comfort exchange for the Nutrition .At first it felt really supportive and then it began to sink and it was checked by the store where I purchased it and claimed defective. They replaced it and now after a month later the same thing and overhangs 2 inches down the side. Definitely a bad buy.

Barbara, Please call your retailer or us. This will likely be covered under your warranty and will be replaced. We apologize for the inconvenience. As for the overhang of the mattress, please let us know what foundation you purchased. This is unusual. Kurt Ling President
I just sent you a message on your answering machine. When they replaced this mattress with the one that was defective I told them to order me the boxsprings from you to match .I removed the adjustable bed and have the mattress on your full size box. It hangs 2 inches down the side and is 2 inches longer that the box. It sags when I lay down in my low back and causes much discomfort. This store does not carry the Nature. I see it is somewhat more firmer and not as firm as the Pamper. It may be right for me. I love the feel of the material. Just got to have the support in my low back. It is also to high to get in. I have to use a step stool to get in the bed. I called the store and they have not returned my call. Too expensive for this much dicomfort. Sincerely Barbara Ensley

Barbara, Mr. Ling is out of the office until after Christmas. He will return your call then. You may want to call your retailer for assistance on both of these issues. If your mattress has a 3/4" or more sag in twenty years of use, you are covered under warranty for full replacement. The warranty is not pro-rated, you will not have to pay anything for a new mattress. Your retailer can come out and do a measurement for a body indentation and then process the paperwork. The same goes with the mattress and box spring, if the mattress size or the foundation size is not correct by spec, they will be replaced.
I contacted TheBedStore and they sent thier delivery guys out on theDec. 18th. I have not heard back from them.
