Finally A Company that Stands Behind Their Product

2011 Bought Mattress from Mattress Express. 2013 had sag and found out that mattress Express was taken over by Mattress Firm. Mattress Firm sent a technician out to examine if there was a defect. The technician saw the problem immediately and sent his report to Mattress Firm. Mattress Firm failed to honor the warranty saying the sag was only 1/2" not 1.5". When I protested they could care less. I called the manufacturer-Pure Latex Bliss. Michelle and Maureen were only interested in delivering GREAT customer service to the point that they gave me their personal cell phone numbers while they worked out the logisitics of finding me a new company to deliver a new mattress. They replaced the mattress free of charge through a store called Go to Beds, Beds to Go. You have to understand that I did not originally buy from this store and they honored the warranty and delivered the mattress free of charge and tookk the old one back. Pure Latex Bliss is a great Company!!! Go to Bed, Beds to Go in Dania Beach is a great company. Even though I was not their customer, they still went out of their way and delivered great customer service. When I need new bedding I will go back to Go to Bed, Beds to Go in Dania Beach. If they treated me so well not being their customer, I have to assume the experience will be even better when I am their customer, and they actually make some money off of me. I will never shop with Mattress Firm because they did not do the right thing. Pure Latex took the hit, all Mattress Firm had to do was deliver the product to me. As far as the Mattress goes, the new Mattress feels great. I wake up with no aches/pains. Time will tell if the mattress holds up which I believe that it will. I think the old mattress was just defective which does happen from time to time. As long as a company is willing to honor it's warranty it is no problem. Thank you for being such a great company and making a terrific product. If you are looking for a very good high end mattress, the Pure Latex Product is the way to go. You get what you pay for.
