In the fall of 2012, I purchased a Nature model from the Pure Latex Bliss mattress line. I noticed right away that the mattress was very firm, unlike the one in the mattress shop. I contacted the company through e-mail and buying a topper was suggested. I went back to the shop and borrowed their 2 inch topper to try for 2 nights. It felt great to sleep on the bed. When I brought my topper home it felt way softer...something that was not to my liking. It also seemed to be fatter. I let the shop know these facts and was told to try it for awhile. After a month and a half I asked if I could return it. I was told no. What I have not mentioned yet it that I am physically hurting. My shoulders ache in the morning. I have even been to a physical therapist to see what is wrong. She believes that the topper is too soft and is causing me to roll onto my shoulders causing pain. I need help with this matter. The topper is way too expensive to discard yet I do not want to be in pain any longer. I like a refund so that I can get on with my life again.

Kurt- Over the past month I have been in contact with Michelle several times regarding my topper. I was sent a 24 ILD which put my back and neck in some kind of spasm. Michelle then offered me a 14 ILD topper which would be too much like my original topper that I purchased here in town. I greatly appreciate all that you and your company have tried to do to help me with my problem. I am still in pain though. The retail store in town will not refund or exchange my mattress. With a failed mattress from Englander and Restonic, and now this hard uncomfortable Nature Pure Latex Bliss mattress, I have come to the conclusion that latex mattresses may not be for everyone...especially me.

It has now been 2 and half weeks and I have not heard anything from anybody. In that time I have continued to wake up each morning with lower back and shoulder pain. I find myself moving more in the night to relieve the pressure on my back/shoulders, and oddly enough, my knees. During this time I have gone to another mattress dealer who sells air adjustable mattresses. What I was told is that not all bodies do well on all mattresses which I do believe. Would an adjustable mattress work for someone like me who obviously is having trouble with the Nature mattress? I don't think that the place where I bought your mattress carries anything "adjustable." Again, I need relief from this nightmare. Could a refund be worked out? With nearly $3,000 spent on the mattress and topper, I can't afford the loss by selling on Craigslist. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Renee, We are trying to help you and are in communication with your retailer. Because you are outside of your comfort exchange period with your retailer, I am not sure this is moving along as fast as anyone would like. Your comment that you have not heard anything from us in two weeks is troubling to me because I know you and our staff communicated with each other just two days ago. Let me clarify something for you. I had not heard anything from you or the retailer for 2 weeks. I then sent an e-mail to Michelle who then responded that she would look into it. Yes, on June 22nd. I will try to be patient. Thank you again for all that you are doing for me.
Over one year has now passed and I feel that an update is needed. PBL company told me to put the 3 inch topper AND the 2" topper underneath my original mattress. This would help soften the feel of the mattress.It was it extremely difficult to place the toppers underneath the mattress but we managed finally. I gave it one week and found that the mattress was still as hard to me. I then called another retailer in the valley and told them the PLB solution. They laughed! Here I am with the mattress and the topper. I would still love to have a refund!
