So dissapointed

I researched for so long on mattresses and felt so confident about this mattress, I am so sore toss and turn all night and hands go numb, it doesnt feel soft to me it feels very stiff but almost sinking like memory foam. Worst part I didnt have a local retailer so I bought it at eco mattress store, no return exchange nothing. I didnt know this and feelvery stupid for making such a costly mistake. Im wanted to clarify a little more, this mattress is so soft I find I sink worse than with a memory foam, it has zero support for my body and now I am getting misalingment knots in my upper back. Please use my review to help you not be hurting like I am. My 2 yr od at 28 lbs smooshes in as well. ,i cant even pawn the bed unto her. I have had amaxing customer service with plb but the mattress still will not work for me and unfortunately I bought at a different store who is being very difficult. I will hopefully get some resolution. **********UPDATE*********PLEASE DO NOT GET STUCK LIKE ME. This mattress is awful, it sags terribly and has zero support I was told they just can't see any reson to classify it as a warranty issue and if it was would cost 1000.00 in shipping there and back. Why have a warranty when they, pure latex bliss will not honor it. The bed is soft and so I assumed it was just too soft a choice but in sags and caves in, without anyone on it. To pure latex bliss was nice and sent a complimentary topper which did NOTHING. the bed still sinks.Im buying a new bed because i have no choice and obviously no warranty. Please make sure you don't get stuck like me. There are other options and I wish i had used one. I don't want to sound ungrateful or complete jerk but to be told no no warranty no sorry you are out over a grand for a twin xl and to be stuck is beyond frustrating. Had I read a review like mine I would have never purchased this bed. So im trying to help others.

I did call and sent pictures, granted I am not a photographer but was told no warranty issue and the company I bought from said for 1000.00 they would check and see if it met there idea of warranty. It caves and sags in It is soft but that isnt why it would have indents when noone is on it. The topper was very nice although it doesnt fit the mattress it has prob an inch on bottom and top and sides too, it is also so soft but doesnt sag just cant use because the dimensions are so off you roll off. The bed I assumed had a warranty and not one person will honor it. Very upsetting.

Let me respond to your post: We always honor our warranty. We are legally obligated to do so. The process is printed in our warranty (which is available for download online.) Let me point out a couple things that you have not been included in this post that may help future consumers make a purchase decision regarding our brand. First, all that is required for us to exchange your mattress under warranty is an inspection of your mattress to validate you have a problem. This is true for the 20 years you own your mattresses and is not even prorated. Samantha lives in Portland and bought her mattress online from a retailer in Illinois. She has told us she no longer wants to work with a retailer and what makes this especially complicated is our retailers are our network for inspection and service. We do not have offices in Portland. We typically reach out to other retailers in an area if someone moves or has a problem different from where they originally purchased their mattress. It has been very difficult for us to get someone to work with Samantha due to the natures of her posts. Of course, we will continue to try. We make every effort to help consumers resolve issues whenever possible. Our ability to help most of them is very high as you can tell from other issues on this forum. Kurt Ling President

I actually appreciate your comments and have tried with the retailer to have the mattress inspected on numerous occasions. I do live in Portland and was told by the retailer and have the email from them that they do NOT and will not do anything involving the warranty of this product as that is the job of pure latex bliss, so I again contacted Michelle at Pure latex bliss who is very nice and helpful but she said from the pictures I sent there wasn't a warranty issue again I did say I tried my hardest with the photagraphs but I am sure they aren't perfect. Yes from the beginning I said the bed is too soft meaning it is so soft you sink into it, and also pointing out there was dips and a huge piece of loose fabric at the end with a kind of bulge. Michelle told me didn't look like a warranty issue to her and that was it. I have asked for help, I have filed a complaint against the retailer on BBB and I still haven't had one person able to inspect the mattress or help with the warranty. I am not trying to be difficult but the mattresss sags and is not even and as I stated the topper pure latex bliss sent was appreciated but it doesn't even fit on the bed. It is too short on all sides. It also doesn't fix the fact the bed is already having a dip in it. I will continue to send emails and ask for help as I have, but I have been told by the retailer they do not handle this, so now I am trying to get the help from Pure Latex Bliss. Yes I would like to return the bed because just getting help has been so hard. I never said I didn't want to work with the retailer I was told by the retailer they do not handle the warranty. thank you. I also know from this forum many of the people are helped that is why I have continued to seek help. I am sorry that the retailer I chose isn't being helpful and I don't blame Pure latex bliss for that, but the bed is Pure latex bliss and it is showing the sag signs the bulge the excess fabric. Please contact your retailer for an inspection. We have talked to them both yesterday and today. They are responsible for this service as I have pointed out and is pointed out in your warranty. As for the topper, I would like future purchasers to understand they are slightly smaller than the mattress so they fit nicely under your sheets. It would help to know what kind of a foundation you have the mattress on. Is it possible the foundation is sagging and allowing the mattress to sag?

It is very unlikely that the mattress is sagging if it is using our foundation. Our foundation is tested and passes for more than 2000 pounds of weight on top of it. Our foundation has eight cross slats, 4 support rails and 2 stabilizer supports, more than adequate for the weight of our mattress and two people sleeping on top. Kurt Ling President

I have now contacted the retailer for two weeks straight NOTHING. they will not answer the phone, emails nothing. The bed is on an adjustable base. Again I have continually tried to work with my retailer they will not acknowledge me. I would have bought locally if there was a retailer that carried pure latex bliss, red flag I should have seen. I just felt really confident.

Samantha, Andy, a Principal at your retailer, will be calling you today. I just finished talking to him. He will personally set up a warranty inspection of your mattress. They have told me, as I think they told you, that they are happy to refund your money in full if you do not like your mattress and will even help you find favorable rates to ship it back to them since you have purchased it online. This mess is why I decided not to gamble on an online purchase. Shipping back is significant. Even if you try the bed out in a local store and buy online because of a better deal, what if YOUR bed doesn't feel like it did in the store? I'm dealing with that now, but I bought locally, thank goodness!

Same problem with my king size Invite model. Back hurts ever night, get knots in my upper back, hard to get out of the bed, or even roll over without pain. We even exchanged the topper for one more firm but that didn't help either. I sleep on a Simmons Beautyrest most of the week while working out of town with no problems or discomfort. I actually went to purchase a Simmons when the store owner talked me into the Pure Bliss. Mine is 15 months old and I've been unhappy the entire time. I wanted to finally update this and let people be aware, and make another choice.. I tried to call Andy numerous times and I do think he and I spoke once and he instructed me to find someone to do the inspection and then send them the results, I said no way you should do it and I want to send this mattress back as you stated, and he suddenly didn't remember saying it could be sent back at my expense nor did he ever call me or answer my phone calls emails again. So Pure latex bliss did set up and inspection which I very much appreciated, the inspector came and said from a naked eye he could see the mattress was uneven and had a smoosh middle bottoming out and yes indeed this was a warranty issues he asked what I wanted to do I said return the mattress and NEVER buy a latex bliss again, he laughed and said yeah not going to happen I could pay more and upgrade to a different mattress or get a celebration replacement, so I chose to pay more even though ultimately I didn't want another pure latex bliss product because there are so many issues with the support and things. but I did and went with the Nutrition model. It was delivered and the zippered cover said nutrition but wait the mattress inside was 9 inches and supposed to be 11. I called asap and they "local" retailer that had worked with PLB to do this exchange said yes that happens often wrong mattress inside I was shocked and they said they would order another and they were sorry I asked please just call this a wash lets call it quits just refund me the celebrate money and I can find something else. Again no, so two weeks later I got my Nutrition this one yes was 11 inches, do I know it is the Nutrition, no, will I ever no, but here is the odd part this mattress is sagging directly in the middle and again naked eye you can see it, I agree with the fact that the online retailer I bought from big big mistake but still the mattress was the issue, and now the mattress from the same company, Pure latex bliss is a 100% full latex mattress is also having problems, and this version is not from the online retailer. so what do I do now it took almost a year last time and I am shocked that already this mattress is almost bending in the middle and I have to assume this is a manufacturing issue. Customer service wise you will get no better than pure latex bliss, but for me id like to have a mattress that at this price point didn't sag within a month or two of receipt. I value websites like this and if I can help one person by these posts than I am happy. I think there is an issue with the brand, and again I am with a mattress that sags and I don't know what to do .

Thank you for sharing I thought something was wrong with me, a friend was leaving town, "she is a reliable friend" anyway I bought her 12 inch pure latex bliss and I sink in it, until I read this post every thing I read about this bed people would complain about how firm it was. my friend paid 2,700.00 marked down from 3,700.00 I have the receipt, she told me that the store was going out of business that's why it was market down, she really needed the money so I bought it without sleeping on it, I just want others to make sure you really investigate the comfort level before you spend this much money, she also said it has a 20 year warranty, thanks who ever did this previous post, the beds a year old I paid 900.00 make me a offer, I live in San Diego. I bought it a week ago:(

You people crack me up. You purchase beds online without trying them first. You just "research" them on your computer believing some one else's review will be your exact sleeping experience. THEN you have the audacity to come onto a review site and cry foul because YOU were stupid (self-admitted) for buying a bed sight unseen? Then the company president replies and tries to make it right within the boundaries of the product warranty - sends a new topper, then a new bed (that again you, of course, never tried before), and you still don't get it. You should have taken the foundation, the new topper and the new bed and then packaged them as a deal and posted on Craigslist to recoup some money from your "stupid" purchase. Then you should have gone to a LOCAL mattress store and tried mattresses until you got calluses on your body or found the right mattress firmness. Bottom line, is your entire nightmare is your own fault - you broke the cardinal rule: NEVER BUY A MATTRESS WITHOUT THOROUGHLY TRYING IT OUT FIRST! Oh, Maybe you could sell it to Anonymous on December 1, 2014, as they like to buy beds without trying them first also! Btw: I purchased the Pure LatexBliss World's Best Bed from Sleep Nation in Denver and absolutely love it. Oh, but then I actually tried mine out first because different bed models have different firmness.
