Mattress purchased in 11-2014. After 2yrs a significant soft spot has developed in both twin XL mattresses where the hips are located. The Manufacturer refuses to return my calls to discuss this issue. I could not in good conscience recommend this mattress or this manufacturer.

Customer Service Rep has contacted me and advised what action I need to take to file a Warranty Claim! Thanks GoodBed.com. I have asked that my Review be regarding this topic be removed.
Great! Rather than take reviews down, which doesn't allow other mattress shoppers to benefit from your experience, we provide the ability to update your review. You can find a link to "Update this review" at the bottom of this page: https://www.goodbed.com/account/view-profile/
I purchased two twin XL mattresses on November 2014. My side of the bed has only a 5/8 indenture in it - to be covered by the warranty the indenture needs to be 3/4 of an inch. The other mattress, my wife's side has a 1/2" indenture in it. I have advised the Claims Rep at Latex Bliss I will continue to monitor these indenture. I will be amazed if these indentures do not exceed the actionable level in the next several years. I will keep you advised of how this issue develops. I appreciate the call from the Claims Rep at Latex Bliss!
