Very disappointed

After spending a fortune, I was really excited to receive my new mattress. I really thought I had finally found something that could let me get some much needed rest. Having dealt with severe back problems for years I was looking for something pressure revealing and comfortable. The first few days were alright, but after a week or so I started having severe neck and back pain, much worse than before, and was up tosssing and turning all night. Now the mattress has softened up so much that it feels like I am sinking in, and rolling into the middle. It feels more like my old memory foam than latex. I am very disappointed and have barely slept in 4 weeks. I dread going to bed, because I know I will be tossing all night. I have even tried taking sleeping pills just to get me through the night, but I still have troubles sleeping because of the pain I get in my back from the sinking in. I was told that latex should never feel like it's sinking in, and should keep its form. But this is not the case at all. I am now broke from the cost of the mattress, am not sleeping at all, and just wish I could get my old bed back. It was uncomfortable, but not nearly as bad as this latex mattress. I tried contacting the store I purchased it from, but I was told to contact Latex bliss. I have been trying for over a week to get a hold of someone, but no one answers. I emailed in, but one lady told me to contact the store I bought it from. I have been getting the runaround, and am extremely frustrated. No one can give me a straight answer, and just keeps passing me off to someone else. I just wish I could get my money back, or some kind of exchange.

    Thank you for contacting me Kurt. The ladies at customer service were able to help me out and exchange the mattress. So far it's much better.

    My problem is exactly the same as the response above. This is a very costly mattress that sinks in the lumbar area that causes so much pain in my low back.This is the second mattress that I have had as the first was sinking so bad they claimed it was defective. After replacing at first it was firmer . Now a month later it sags and is much softer. It throws my legs up and hips sinking. It also overhangs the Latex Bliss Box Springs 2 inches. If you are looking for support for your back this is definitley not a mattress for you. I do not expect a mattress to correct my back problems just support my back. Barbara Ensley Seymour , Tenn.

    I am happy to know that the company has really good customer service. I am a 30 year old woman who bought this mattress after careful review. My husband and I shelled out a fortune to invest in a bed that would last a really long time. We received the bed almost exactly a year ago in August, 2012, and now after a year my back is hurting almost everyday. My husband's side sinks down immediately when either of us are on it, and we have tried switching sides, but to no avail. Now I sleep in the middle where I get the most lumbar support, and my husband sleeps on my side. I'm thinking of calling the company to do an exchange for a firmer mattress. We are sad that out "investment" didn't even last a year before sinking!

    Please contact your retailer for an exchange under our warranty. We apologize for your inconvenience but if the material has softened over 3/4" your mattress will be replaced free of charge for 20 years from date of purchase. Kurt Ling President
