We have owned this mattress for 2 years. Ii is the saggiest mattress we have ever owned AND the most expensive we have ever owned. The show room model is VERY different that what we actually bought. We are trying to get an adjusment from the dealer and manufacturer, He will be out in the morning, I don't expect a good outcome but I won't stop with just that. I plan to look into the court system for help if we are not taken care of. Bottom Line: I have been to chiropractor, Dr, and had X-Rays done, My Back is killing me and it all started when we bought this SORRY mattress.

Pros:

User also said: I replaced it, that's the best thing I could have said about it,

    Cons:

User also said: This is the worst mattress that I have ever had. The service is even worse.

Had the same problem so I had read if you put plywood between matress and box spring it would help. It did help ours, we had 2 dips were we slept and a lump in the middle between us. we recieved two twin box springs same brand not the king box spring. I don't know if this was part of it but that is how Smith's sold it to us also.
