I bought this Bed at Nothing But Beds in Murphy NC. The owners step daughter told us this bed even though a pillow top would keep it's firmness because it had more coils than other mattresses. What a mistake we made, we believed her. By three months time the bed is sagging so much I have back aches every morning. The store owner says unless it sage over 2" and does not come back up it is not covered by warranty. So much for the 10 year warranty. Being the nice guy he is he offered us $100 off on a new bed. Appears I will have to take them to court and spread the truth about to the community. I will never buy another product from them again. They are very deceiving and unprofessional in this matter.

    The bed has been exchange for a new one now. Had to write to park place twice but now has been handled. Joe the store owner was very helpful after authorization from manufacturer. Thanks Joe Bob H

    To the response of the individual who wrote the complain on 16 November 2012 regarding Nothing But Beds. There was no manufacture defect with this mattress according to the bylaws of the manufacture. A specialist was sent to the customer's home to inspect the mattress for any defects. And there was no mattress defects found. However, the mattress was replaced at the expense of Nothing But Beds. We are sincerely sorry that this particular complaint has no merit. Nothing But Beds is a topped rank company doing business since 2001. We feel this complaint was posted without the knowledge of an exchange policy.     It appears nothing but beds is playing dirty pool now. My info is Park Place had to authorize the exchange. This was from Joe owner of nothing but beds himself. And why I had to write Park Place twice to get it done. Sorry Joe I don't like people who don't tell the truth. No recommendations for you. Hard to believe you made these comments after I said you were helpful. Appears I was right the first time. Very deceiving. Bob H

    My name is not Joe .I think you just sit with nothing to do but complain.I am a sales rep from Hickory NC.The problem I have is when a customer does'nt give the company a chance to take care of a problem before they go and start saying negative things .Maybe it might just be me but I'm all about saying whats right and doing whats fair.

    So you are from Hickory NC, Big deal so are a lot of other people. If you happen to be Mark Russ from Park Place, had you taken care of the problem the first time when you said you would send your rep and didn't maybe none of this wouldn't have happened, no I had to write you twice and give your product a bad review, Of course I am not the only one to give you bad reviews.

    I'm a dealer for Park Place. Mark is a great sales rep and a great person. Sometimes beds are defective. I've never had Mark not replace a warranty claim. I routinely have customers come back or refer others to buy park place mattresses because they were so happy with their purchase so it works both ways Bob H. I've carried the top 3 "S" brands and had considerable more warranty claims from them on far more expensive beds. I'll stick with Park Place.

    Hi Bob, so you know that was Park Place pretending to be a dealer. Park Place has a person who watches for bad reviews, her job is to make the complaint seem invalid as she did towards you.

    Oh how I know. I got the new bed. I think their people are just as trashy as their beds. Yes I sold the new bed.
