Absolutely Thrilled!

Our friends bought their bed at a county fair. They were so happy with it, I called REM Sleep Solutions and spoke with Kathy Moyer, who explained how the bed works and all of the available options. I mentioned that I lived out of state and had some special delivery requirements. I was very impressed when the president of the company, Randy Maddix, called me back a few minutes later. We worked out the details quickly and I ended up buying the bed during that call. REM even delivered the bed ahead of schedule. When I called to thank Randy for the great service, he asked if there was anything else he could do to make the experience even better, I asked if he had softer pillows. Shortly thereafter, I received a tracking number from Nico Colin, REM's Shipping Manager, stating that softer pillows had already been shipped. The Zero Gravity setting is great! I wake up feeling more rested. My wife says that overnight my snoring has gone from horrible to hardly noticeable. The entire process has been great.
