Based on Nectar’s extraordinary return policy I expected good customer service - but not this good! Honestly, it was the best customer service I ever experienced. I ordered the wrong mattress, but didn’t know it until it arrived. I called Nectar and told them about my mistake. Their rep was not only understanding, but even sympathetic: “ Ya, I’ve done that before.” They had the mattress picked up the very next day and issued a full refund as soon as it arrived at their warehouse. No hesitation. No questions. I was so impressed and confident in their handling of my problem, I order a replacement even before I received my refund. Great company. You can’t go wrong buying from them.
