While I am overall happy with the mattress, their customer service is horrible. I have been in contact via e-mail with Nectar for two months for both myself and the person to whom I referred the mattress. The on-line offer, verbally confirmed by Nectar in the one phone call in which I was able to get through, was that both the purchaser of a Nectar mattress and a second purchaser referred by the original buyer would receive Amazon gift cards for $75. Despite numerous communications, I have yet to receive the gift card - nor has the second purchaser. The latest e-mail of two weeks ago said $25 Amazon gift cards would be processed that week. So....the amount decreased by $50 and still no response. Nectar does NOT accept phone calls so there is no way to directly resolve the issue. I'm very disappointed in Nectar and question their credibility and ethics.
