An expensive mistake! A sleeping bag on the floor is about the same as this mattress. Returns are a joke, don't let the web site fool you. Stuck with a mattress that says 365 night money back warranty, can't get it returned at all. Throw your money out the window, least that way you won't have a useless mattress taking up space in the house.
