NECTAR-Customer Service and delivery is horrible!

Ordered my mattress on Feb 26, as of April 2 I still to not have it. Even worse is that they billed me immediately. You can send emails, leave messages and talk to customer support people. NOBODY will call you back or give you a straight answer. If their bed is anything like their customer service I will be returning it. Horrible experience.

I had no problems with Nectar. It took a little longer (2 weeks) but it's not an oven glove coming from Amazon so I expected a little wait and it was worth it. Love the mattress! Took all the guess work out of buying a great mattress. It cuts out the shady salesmen traditionally bait and switching you at mattress stores. Best purchase I have ever made.

I concur I also ordered a mattress and online it states up to 5 days. Well I ordered on Jun 15th and now they are telling me it wont arrive until July.

This company is running a ponzi scheme, so beware. They charge your card on the promise of shipping in a certain time frame only to hold your funds long past the date, then they issue you FedEx tracking numbers that are not really your shipment just a tracking number. They are being investigated in several states for fraud. Avoid this chinese made mattress.

Horrible non-existent customer service. Ordered mattress and bed frame. Fed Ex tracking sd it would be delivered Friday. I took off work at lunch to wait for it. Never showed up. Shipper sd call Nectar. I call Nectar and am on hold for 20 mins for customer service then the phone just disconnects right at the 20 min hold mark. I email, no response. I try and web chat them from their website and Ive been waiting 10 mins with another 13 mins of waiting. Im sure it will just end the chat after 10 mins. Shipping and customer service issues are real. I read about it before ordering thinking how bad could it be ..... really consider a different company.
