Disappointed with the whole experience

I’ve only spelt on this mattress for 4 nights. But after the first night I saw depressions where both my husband and I sleep. Night 3 - noticed the at the latex top layer was not centered on the bottom portion of the mattress. I was slipping off the side of the bed as a result. So on this model, you can unzip the top section for some reason (supposedly to turn the 4 sections of latex for perfect supportiveness). We had to unzip and reposition these pieces. After 3 days. That’s not acceptable. Also we never received any of type of warranty card. I am too angry at the high pressure sales lady to go back to the store to ask questions so I’ll have to send my husband. I would not recommend this model. Very unsatisfied with the product and sales pitch.
