Buying a foam mattress was a bit of a gamble for people like us that have always used a conventional mattress. I can say after a week that this mattress is a huge improvement in comfort and sleep quality. My wife and I both agree this was a great decision, and we typically have different mattress desires. Lastly, the delivery, installation, explanation of operation and the cleanup and removal of the old matress was very professional.
