Relocated & sleeping in temporary lodging on a mattress that took me from no back pain to terrible pain in 10 days. I search the internet, read some great reviews, and with TempurPedic experience in the past knew I wanted a similar bed. Dealer took my order in the midst of holiday season and accommodated my need by getting the bed delivered within 2 days! My backpain was gone within the next week. I am a completely satisfied customer.
