Well, just over 2 years with our Daniela model at $1500 plus another $100 for a mattress cover, we now have a mattress that needs to be replaced and is apparently a result of "normal" wear. We have what amounts to one side (only one side) of the mattress with a body hole that makes sleeping next to impossible and results in my poor husband waking up with terrible body aches every morning. I checked the weight limit for this particular model and we are well under Christeli's own specifications for this mattress, so it must be a defect, right? Well, I just called customer service, who provided us with instructions on how to prove that this defect actually occurred, but the depression has to be visible up to 1 1/4 inches, which ours is not visible to that degree and is only really something that can be felt. So now we are told by a very non-nonchalant customer service person that this is "normal wear" on the mattress. A two year old expensive mattress, which at this point is complete garbage and not even an apology from the company. This is how they get you, folks. I would tell you to check out other companies' mattresses before you waste money on this one. We wanted to give a local company a shot and we were impressed because they say they "stand by their mattresses" and I was even told as much by the sales rep who helped us with our order. Unfortunately, this is not really the case. We have another household bed which has the big brand name memory foam mattress on it, is close to 20 years old, very used and is still in amazing condition and is as comfortable as the day we bought it. I do understand having to prove that you are having issues with the mattress, otherwise they would be out of business due to false warranty claims, but honestly, it should have lasted more than two years, which is what Christeli's own website boasts (they say 15 years for normal wear). This has been the most disappointing purchase experience of our adult lives and we would not recommend this product

Update: Christeli wants to make it right. After reading my initial complaint, Christeli has contacted us to tell us that they are willing to replace our mattress, even though it doesn't meet their standards for warranty replacement. Although we were unhappy with this mattress initially, we are willing to give it another chance, based on the customer service and Christeli "walking the talk" and standing behind their mattresses.
