Good mattress, great customer service!

I purchased the Tiffany Queen mattress and the adjustable Ergo 3 bed from Christeli in in July because I have serious degenerative Disc Disease and thought this mattress would help. The mattress arrived a week before the bed. Overall, I am very happy with the adjustable bed, although I do think the massage feature is non existent. It makes noise and there is vibration but I wouldn't call it a massage. No matter, that was not a factor in my buying it. At first the mattress seemed too soft and I was achy after sleeping in it. I called Customer Service and was told that I should reverse the mattress. Since the mattress is in 2 parts, I assumed she meant the top part. That did not help. I decided to return the mattress but discovered the return policy was for 1 month after the mattress arrived, not when the bed arrived, so I could not return it, The rep told me to reverse the bottom part of the mattress and to return the top to its original position. I did that and voila! The mattress is just right and now I love sleeping on it. I also had an issue with the bottom sheet not staying on but I was told to use deep pocket sheets and that issue was also resolved. A few days ago I got a call from Vincent, who was concerned that I was not happy with the mattress. He was extremely helpful and I must say I am, happily, shocked by the consideration this company has given me. All in all, I would recommend this mattress and most certainly this company. I am pleased that I bought a product which is made in America and that it did not disappoint.

UPDATE: After I wrote the 3 star review I called customer service and[spoke to Jen, who told me that the mattress warranty is from the time the mattress is delivered so I could not return it. As for the issue of it not fitting in the original boxes, she said they would have accommodated that. She also told me that I needed to turn the bottom mattress over and not the top. I did that, and got the firmness I needed. She also said I need to use Deep Pocket sheets, so I ordered those from Amazon and got them today. Hopefully, that problem will be resolved. Today, Vincent called me and asked what Christeli could do to make me happy. Since the mattress issue is resolved, I have no issue. I do wish they had said that about using Deep Pocket sheets on the bed so I would have been prepared and also were clearer about the return policy. Vincent did say those issues would be addressed. Apparently, as far as the massage feature goes, he said some people love it and others, like me, don't find it does anything but make noise. All in all, I am very satisfied with the feedback I have gotten from Jen and Vincent and feel comfortable giving a solid 4 stars.
