I purchased the Stockholm which is their value mattress. My husband loved it but I needed more support. I noticed that the Charleston was on clearance and decided to give it a try. My first complaint is that returning it should be easy but you must try to squash the mattress down to the size i arrived and put it back in the box. Customer service was sassy with me about it saying I could do it. The mattress was obviously rolled and made to size with a machine. No human or 3 as tried to do in my house could possible do that. Fortunately my husband is clever and has a shop vac, we were able to shrink it down enough with it in the plastic and three of us were then able to roll it and get it back in the box. This should have been suggested by the representative. The Charleston was non returnable but I felt we would love it since the Stockholm was very close to perfect for us. Sadly it has large dips in the top were it is quilted making it very lumpy and causing back pain. I regret getting the non returnable item. Would have done better getting the Danieli would be the perfect mattress for us (it has a smooth to as the Stockholm did) but we are stuck with the lumpy bed. Overall I think they have a good quality bed but purchasing on line with out trying is stressful. I am not sure it is worth the trouble.

We have the Danieli mattresses- on an adjustable base - so it is what they call a split king. Basically we have 2 xl twin beds and I find that I do not really like sleeping on a twin now at 68 years old! I also wanted to point out that the top of the mattress is not actually smooth, but has the big round circles sewn into the top....I guess it is supposed to be like a pillow top. I like the feel of the memory foam type bed, other than the fact that I'm sleeping on a twin, but my husband does not. I decided to turn the support base over to the more firm side, and it is a bit firmer all together, but my husband still has trouble turning over in the bed due to the memory foam situation and also has trouble getting into and out of the bed. The adjustable base is a little higher than our old king size bed which takes some getting used to. I thought getting the adjustable base would make it easier for him to sleep in an elevated position like the recliner we have, but it did not. He still seems to do his best sleeping in the recliner. I contacted customer service a week ago, but have not received a call back yet. I am not sure if there is any solution to this other than to return it and look for a different type of bed.
