Very saggy - warranty makes good toilet paper

We paid well north of $10,000 for our mattress. At first it was wonderful. Then it began to sag -- and sag- and sag. After about 5-6 years we realized we had a ten year warranty so we called the store we purchased it from, Mancini SleepWorld. They sent a third party representative (if you can call someone whose income depends upon the store as “independent”) He made some measurements with a 2” high ring and determined the mattress had not sagged the required 2” to qualify for the warranty. Additionally, the bed was suffering from generalized staining all over the areas we slept on. This was under an unstained pristine white mattress cover. I suspect the staining was actually the material either rotting or releasing chemicals activated by our body moisture. In any case, any staining voided the warranty. This is about the equivalent of your car paint fading in the sun voiding your transmission warranty. In any case, we would never buy another Kluft nor patronize Mancini SleepWorld again
