Replaced twice in less than a year!

This bed felt great when we first bought it and in less than 3 months it started to sag in the middle and I thought I was just imagining it. Well we called the corporate office after 6 months & they sent a bed inspector out. After reviewing his findings, they replaced it for the same mattress as an equal exchange. Figured this couldn't happen twice, well lo and behold, after 2 months we called and complained and the bed inspector came at about 3 months of this new one. They offered an equal exchange or I could get a different bed and they retain $150 and I could buy anything with a special offer.
