My experience is much like the other reviews here. Back and hips hurt to the point of having to go through physical therapy. Store refused to help. Manufacturer denied a problem. Spend too much and now have to shop for something else in less than fifteen months. Disappointed. Mad. Pissed off beyond words.

Purchased mine in May 2012 and it is so bad it makes my back and hips hurt beyond belief. I have to get up after a couple of hours and head to my recliner for the duration of the night. It sucks big time. I know they will not do anything about it but it will be the last Kingsdown product I will ever purchase. Booooo!
We bought a split king, and now my husband can't tolerate his either. He continually rolls to the middle. Looks like we will be mattress shopping AGAIN. (P.S. Our dog won't even sleep on it.)
