Terrible experience

The only good thing I can say about Jonathan Stevens is that Peggy and Brenda in customer service were nice.....that's it! We were dissatisfied from the moment the bed was delivered, too high and much too hard. Can't return for 30 days! Then exchanged for a higher priced mattress per their customer satisfaction guarantee (?). When that one was too hard too, they took it back, charging us 30% of the higher priced model. Owner was pompous and rude, no follow up from the original sales person or anyone else. So glad to be done with them. Consider your options before buying from Jonathan Stevens.
