Super warm in a Cold state

We have had our iSleep for 6 years. This was an investment to us. My temperature control box stopped working. I live in NE, it's January and I'm little so I need that extra heat. I emailed the company this am, and within 15 mins, probably less, the President of the company, Lynn, called me. I explained what had happened and knew we had to pay half of the cost because our 100% warranty was for the first 3 years and 50% for year 4-20. Not only was he so great over the phone, he actually cared. He asked how the rest of the bed has treated us over the years. We talked about the cold weather that was coming here over the weekend and he said he would have my replacement to me tomorrow. Not just the control box, he told me to take my old mattress pad and control box and get rid of it. He is replacing the entire mattress pad with the heating coils and the temperature controller for it. I have never needed to contact them before this because the bed was made for our needs. Back problems and such! So, as soon as I got off the phone with him, I went to my facebook page and told my friends to go to iSleep if they needed a new mattress. So impressed with how they handle everything. Thank You Again Lynn!

Thank you for sharing this, Michelle. And thank you for your loyalty to iSleep. I am sorry that you had trouble with the temperature control on your bed, but everyone here wants you to be comfortable on your iSleep bed for at least 20 years. Life is good with customers like you.
