Pricey, but worth it.

Sure, you can get any number of inner-spring or memory foam mattresses for a fraction of the price of an adjustable air bed, but there's nothing like the comfort of adjustable air. Not only that, but traditional mattresses wear out after a couple of years, starting the mattress-buying cycle all over again, whereas air beds last much longer and are easy to repair if an individual component fails (even though replacement components don't come cheap). In my experience, adjustable air mattresses will absolutely spoil you for any other kind of sleeping surface. I can't enjoy travel anymore, since hotel beds are so uncomfortable compared to adjustable air that I might as well lie out in the street for the amount of sleep I'll get.

Thank you for the value comparison and the personal experience report, but please, do not sleep in the street! It is good to know you like your iSleep bed and look forward to many years of comfort and sleep at about 25 cents per night. Thank you again, Lynn
