Love our iSleep Air Chamber bed

17 years ago my wife and I purchased an air bed from iSleep and from the first night absolutely loved it. It never exhibited the behaviors other beds do over those 17 years. A few months ago, however, one of the air chambers finally started to lose air. I contacted iSleep in Nebraska and they informed me that it was still partially under warranty. They gave me such a great price for a new air chamber we decided to buy two, even though one side was still working well. I took pictures of the existing bed/air chamber and sent it to iSleep where they custom made our new chambers. They were super easy to switch out once they arrived via Fed Ex and just required me to re-inflate them. For the ten nights or so that I was waiting for my new chambers, I slept on our guest bed with a traditional mattress and box spring. I was amazed at the difficulty of getting comfortable, and each morning upon waking I prayed that my air chambers would arrive that day. It is an amazing bed and iSleep is an amazing company that stands by their products and really does care about their clients. In a day in age where customer service and quality of products are so often compromised it was so refreshing to work with iSleep. You will not be disappointed with your decision if you do.
