Seriously, We originally bought an iSleep mattress in 2009. There was a small issue that was resolved within a couple days. In 2018 (**almost 10 years later**), and a move to the midwest, the mattress had gotten a bit worn and more than a bit dirty. It also wasn't holding air like it had in the past. I called up and got Larry Long who was a tremendous help in replacing the existing mattress. Yes, I said 'replace.' We did have to pay some (50%) of the full price to replace the mattress. Oh, I didn't mention the warranty - AWESOME. Call them and check it out. We got the new mattress shortly. Larry called to make sure it was working well and we were happy - who does that? iSleep does. We love this mattress, we sleep GREAT, and the customer service is top notch! Get one of these things - you will sleep better for it.
