How excited can one get about a bed?

You go to sleep and if you have a good sleep and wake up in the morning without any aches and pains then it is a good mattress, if not, then it is a bad mattress. This is a great mattress. We first bought an iSleep thirteen years ago. It was an unknown brand to us and we took a gamble and it paid off. A few months ago our bed "sprung a leak" that was undoubtedly a result of age. A call to iSleep offered us a replacement bladder at a decent price or a reduction on a whole new bed. While I thought that the problem could have been fixed with the new part, we decided to splurge on the new bed. It came quickly and is actually a bit more comfortable than the old one. Somehow it is softer and more supportive at the same time.

    I, like most people, leave a review when I'm annoyed or really impressed. As hard as it is to believe when we bought the first bed, the internet was just coming into vogue. Getting information wasn't nearly as it is today (Google wasn't like it is today and the search engine of choice was Astavista). We were impressed then because the person on the phone actually knew their product inside and out and made recommendations. Now, when it sprung a leak, I called back and realized why we bought from you guys in the first place - talking to somebody who actually knows what they are talking about, did a bit of troubleshooting and ,without lots of hoops to jump through, offered the options and shipped the replacement quite quickly. My sister has another mattress of this type from a national chain. When she had an issue, they actually wanted the cash register receipt and a bunch of other "proof of purchase". I was expecting the same here but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the warranty process went - who keeps receipts for 10+ years? Yes, we spent some money that we hadn't been planning on, but had we owned a traditional mattress, then we wouldn't have so well for 13 years and would have had to buy a new mattress anyway after this time. The huge advantage of this bed is that it doesn't change over time like a traditional mattress that breaks down over time - and you often don't realize that the bed is worn out except you start waking up with aches and pains. With this bed, the sleep quality was the same on the first day and the last day. The new bed is even better.
