When it's Good it's Very Very Good, When Not, They Fix It

This is a very responsive company. The bed was a huge improvement over my previous bed and I couldn't wait to get home and jump right in it. My back and neck never felt better. When you own a bed for 11 years, there are bound to be hiccups. I bought this bed right after the company started, so in a sense I had their beta bed. One morning I woke and there was no air in there. I was sleeping on the foundation. They responded right away and sent a new inner air mattress for the bed along with instructions on how to take things apart and replace it. Most recently I had issues with a ghost in the pump. It would just decide to inflate and deflate at random in the middle of the night. (Or maybe a mouse was tap dancing on the controls, who knows?!) I wrote to the company and now have their wonderful newly designed pump. It works great and I'm sleeping better than ever.
