Five Star Mattress is hands down the worst brand out there. There is a reason mattress firm doesn’t sell these. They are made of very cheap quality material. Within 3 months my mattress was completely worn out with a HUGE slump in the middle. I weigh 165 and sleep alone..... Got a Serta mattress and have the best sleeps now.

You say get a serta? Well if you would have done your research you would have known these are made by serta..... 5 star is owned and made by serta... You have a 10 year warrenty on this mattress, if it has the defect you say it has why jot use the warrenty?
I bought 1 about 7 yrs ago. My girlfriend hates it. I thought it was alright but it does have a valley in the middle. Of course it’s an inexpensive to middle price range. I think mine is just a get by quality though the pillow top is nice. I put my organic wool & cotton futon on top of the foundation & it’s a firmer sleep for my back. Got rid of the mattress. I tried sleeping in the edges for a while. I travel for a living & usually the hotel beds are more ch better than mine which I was mainly sleeping in it on the weekends. So not as much use as normal.
