stolen sleep!!

I bought this mattress at a "fine " furniture store that was closing. I have gotten many wonderful things there. They were selling mattresses from Five Star which they said was amazing so I trusted them. It felt good in the store and for one month afterwards...soft and cozy just like we loved...then it began to sink on each side where we slept. As it sank the middle got higher and higher and there was nothing we could do to make it go down.... we are in tremendous pain and have no where to turn to, to complain about it or use any sort of warranty...short of buying a new mattress and having them take this one away which is an expense I can't believe we have to endure again. We are in our 60"s and we were looking forward to a long lasting relationship with our new purchase. We have always kept our beds for a good long time. This bed is a nightmare and this company should be ashamed of themselves for selling and manufacturing such a worthless item . Don't ever buy a mattress from Five Star Mattress manufactured by Louisville Bedding co. in Louisville,Ky.

Hello Stolen Sleep, Have you tried to contact another 5 Star retailer in the area? There should be a manufacturers warranty.

IF YOU FELT THAT WAY WHY DID YOU BUY A MATTRESS FORM A STORE THAT WAS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS ???????? THAT IS NUTS ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THE PRODUCTS HAVE NO WARRANTY IF THE COMPANY IS CLOSING

The store doesn't warranty the mattress...the factory does, so as long as the factory is still in business you should be able to contact them and get a warranty claim started.
