We have had our e-gel/ cool gel tech queen size memory foam bed for 18 months now. Deeply disappointed. First 10 months were bliss. Now the mattress sags. Yes we turn it every month. For the almost $1200 that we paid for it, I am bitterly disappointed in it's lack of durability. It is now less comfortable than the $400 mattress it replaced, which we had slept in for 8 years. Bitter disappointment. The local store sent over someone to examine the mattress and then, bizarrely, told us that because we had removed the manufacturers' label, they could do nothing. This is something they should have warned us of, prior to letting us take the bed home.

PS - Englander sent someone over to look at the mattress and told us that there is nothing they can do after less than 2 years of use because "the concerns you brought forth regarding your mattress are within the normal guidelines as set forth by the manufacturer's warranty" SO BE WARNED - this is a very expensive mattress to have fail after a year. Deeply disappointed and will be telling my story everywhere on the internet and our local bed shop and to the local BBB and online consumer reviews. My $400 mattress gave me better support after 6 years. I wish I'd never heard of these clowns. Nicola.
