Never so dissatisfied with a new mattress. Bought in January, 2017. In a very short time there was a big depression in the middle. Finally in July I contacted the retailer we bought it from. He was kind enough to come and take a look at it. When he saw it he said "oh, that should not be like that in this time. He then asked if we were flipping it every month or two. We said no we did not know we had to. Never heard of having to flip a mattress that often. He said they are made different nowadays. That is something that should be disclosed at time of purchase because it is not easy to do at age 80& 77. He did replace it for us but in a month it was the same way again. Upon contacting him he told us he could not replace again because he had to eat that cost. Not a good mattress!
