Bought the mattress at sleepmart in mountain home,ar. Salesman suggested this would be the best to be firm and back support. Paid 1500, mattress delivered. He measured and made sure it was level. Slept a few nights and sinking where I was sleeping. He suggested new slats for more support. Got them. Then same situation he suggested new box springs. Got them. Rotated mattress. Still horrible. Big hump in the middle of the bed. Won’t go away no matter what. I asked about the warranty and he said this is not covered with a 20 year warranty. My son went to the store and talked to him. Finally he replaced the mattress but was not happy. Said he could t sell a used mattress. New mattress just like the first one. Mattress, slats, box springs and delivery $2500. I am sick over this. Can’t buy another new mattress.

Me again- I asked for someone at sleepmart to come and look at my second mattress. He came asked if I had rotated it and yes I did. I reminded him that he suggested rotating, new slats and new box springs. Yes I did all of these. Second mattress just like the first. Sinking with big hump in the middle of the bed. He got on the bed and tried to flatten it out. Geeez- then he suggested that I jump on the bed to flatten the hump. Can’t believe this. 😡#!%*#!!!
