Flat pillow cushion

The pillow cushion is flattening down,the top of the mattress is leaning to one side.the center of mattress is sagging.I sent pictures to the company and they just keep stalling me asking for more and more pictures.the place I bought from will not even talk about it.there is no warranty with this matress.be careful purchasing.we only had matress 6 months.cant imagine what it will look like in a year.we wished we would have kept our old one.
