Awful!

My daughter ordered a bed that was supposed to be for someone with fibromyalgia. The one we laid on was wonderful the bed delivered was not the bed we laid on. This bed says firm it is not it is mushy you lay on it and end up down on the glorified bunky board they call a box springs that broke one week after she got it. This was not a bed that would conform after a period of time it fell to the bunky board from day one. It is the most horrible bed I have ever tried to lay on and it cost her every dime she had saved 500 big ones. Of course the company that made the bed passed the buck as did the place it was purchased which was THE BED STORE in Knoxville Tn

We despise ours as well. It is not what we tried in store. We had the Bullards furniture in Fayetteville come out twice and paid $60 for the Carolina Mattress Guild to send a representative to measure it.

Pen W, I am a representative of The Bed Store. I apologize to hear of your experience with this product. All mattress warranties are written and held by the manufacturer, which sometimes can put us in a difficult situation. We absolutely want to be of assistance if we can. Please email me your name or invoice number so I can do some research on this situation and see what can be done to help. My email is brent at bedstore dot com. Thanks, Brent
