What to do when Carolina Matress is out of business???

Bought this mattress at Rooms to Go 7 years ago. Had someone come out and measure depressions last Friday1/19/18. Measured 2 1/2 inch depressions. Got a call from Rooms to Go 4 days later saying mattress in no longer under warranty since Carolina Mattress Guild is out of business! Anyone know what to do now? Looking for suggestions. Just want to buy a new bed but Rooms to Go's answer is SORRY... That's not good enough!

Cons:

  • Surface Integrity

We are going through the same thing. Did R2G end up giving you any credit?

After writing to the president of RTG I received a letter giving us $150 credit towards a new bed, but no other discounts or sales will be granted. Definitely not going to replace with a tempurpedic from there. We’ll be shopping elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Same thing just happened to me, My husband and I bought this mattress because of the great warranty. I'm very disappointed the bed is sagging.

The same thing happened to us. Huge indentations in the mattress!

Went through the same thing. RTG said cant do anything. Plus the mattress was suppose to be totally organic with bamboo and natural stuffings. I saw on the law tag that it is only 13% latex and the rest is polyurethane which is soooo harmful to your health! So now been doing alot of research on mattresses and will not buy anything that is not All 100% Natural Latex and has 3rd party certs. The only thing with that is you cant buy them in stores. Must purchase online. People please do your research about what mattresses are made of. Money should not be the first factor. Your health and health of your family should always come first.
